EY PES (Programme Execution Services)

Lifer

Hi All,

Anybody have any insight/experience with the EY PES internal change management team? I've been led to believe it offers better work-life balance than the regular advisory practice (no travel, no sales etc) but am currently weighing it up versus independent contracting and really in two minds as to whether I'm just being duped into a slightly different variation of the usual Big4 frustrations.

All comments and perspectives much appreciated

Mr Cool to Lifer (#1)

I can ALMOST still understand the point of working for a big4 in a role that theoretically leads to partner. Deliberately taking a role with no such prospect?

Doh!
