So the final part of my interview process 'Assessment centre' is due in a couple of weeks for experienced hire. I was wondering if all the experienced people here could give me some insights?
It is a 3 part process: Group exercise, written exercise and competency based interview.
Any expert advice for group and written exercise? As this is for consulting job, I have gone through the case interview already. I realise they are completely different ball game, but should I expect the group and written exercises to be hard or relatively straightforward compared to consulting case interviews?
