Been at accenture for 9 years now...got promoted to manager last year (yeah slow I know)...

is it time to make a move? I am comfortable where I am and the thought of moving and networking again (which I hate) seems to pull me down....any viewS?

Hi! If you're happy with what have you than stick with it :)

However, build a plan B, just in case...

Dogbert to rcic (#2)

You need to be clear on what is not working for you in Accenture and how the new employer will help you in this area.

However if you are happy at ACN, but think that your career hasn't progressed fast enough, you perhaps should stay and do more of what is required in ACN. Just moving out will not necessarily accelerate your career growth.
