I work for a leading provider of best practices research and analysis focusing on corporate strategy, operations and general management issues. These services are provided primarily on an annual subscription basis and include best practices research studies, executive education seminars, customized research briefs and web-based access to the program content databases and decision support tools. The memberships cost about $45,000 per year. The issue is that the organisation is a big scandal. Within the company employees are treated so badly it's unbelievable. I want to raise this issue, can any one advise me how I go about telling others for poor procedures within the company. This may sound important but when this company is selling a Best Practice Service for memberships costing large sums of money, yet within the organisation they do not have a clue what best practice is, it becomes very relevant to the people who subscribe to the services.
