I have been looking for a really challenging career move - want to get involved in building new businesses at the front end. I have a meeting coming up with a newish firm called Edengene. Does anyone know/have a view on them. Anyone met with them ?

Thanks

Richard

I'm actually interviewing with them at the moment after applying via their website at www.edengene.com. I've met a couple of the guys there and found them to be sharp, very commercially focused with a very non top five attidude. Hope this answers your question.

Thanks B

I went via the website too. Am seeing them in a weeks time at a recruitment evening they are running. The site talks about what they do, which is what excited me. In terms of the culture and opportunities, what sort of feel did you get ? Also, I got the impression from the website that they work end to end on the business's they create, did you get any insight into that ?

From my meeting I understand them to be:

Very delivery focused, commercial and pragmatic. They seem to focus on a commercially sensible solution not the most perfect academic solution.

Following on from this they focus on strategy into implementation in small teams providing a spine of capability. They don't body shop but work in small teams to build new businesses from idea to launch. They claim to be doing this for some FTSE 100 clients at the moment.

Hope this helps.

Ben
