I am moving in to consultancy from industry and commerce. At the moment I have the option to join Deloitte Consulting or Cap Gemini Ernst & Young within the Finance Performance Management areas of their business. I would welcome comments from people who have worked or work for the above companies regarding culture, people etc.

Ive worked with both on as an executive search consultant.

Caps culture is very matrixed....non-hierachical ....an exciting organisation. And from an E perspective, more advanced than Deloitte in my opinion. Both are good choices though, and Deloitte has some new activity in the UK with the introduction of something theyve been doing succesfully stateside on the CRM front.
