Hi, You must understand, that management consulting industry is very different - there are the big consulting Dino's , the dynamic and efficient small consulting companies and the "consulting marines" - the freelance consultants. For the first - only the money is the key sucess factor (see ENRON U.S.) - there is a big need for money (they have a lot of people in staff etc.) For the second and for the "consulting marines" the key sucess factor are:
1. the satisfication of the customers
2. the satisfication of the customers
3. the satisfication of the customers and
4. the success of the project
Other success factors are not key factors. Only with a satisfied customer he will do a guerrilla marketing for you and only than you get new projects from the customers.
