Freelance strategy consulting is rapidly becoming an adrenaline sport. Does anyone have a solid disclaimer clause one can use to mitigate potential malpractice risk. My first port-of-call is obviously a tightly defined assignment and well managed client expectations.

Hi Yoram!

The best way is : FM 21-76 US Army Survival Manual - it's real. With some military experience and a solide education und some practise - there are a lot of chances. Risk that is the sugar of the live. You have freedom - this is the most important.

Normally - freelancer in no good way for two or three years past study. It is good in old Europe you are a middle age boy. The shunshine boys from Harvard were the super specialist from Yeltzin - the problems we have today in Russia.

Read Clausewitz and US SF manual - you that today there is an economical global war and as freelancer you are a fighter not civil servant.

And don't forget: the first target of a freelancer is not money - it is sucess!

Try "All surveys, forecasts and recommendations will necessarily be made on the basis of such information available. Their achievement must depend among other things on the effective co-operation of our Clients' staff. In consequence, no statement in any report or any letter is to be deemed a representation, undertaking, warranty or contractual condition." I am not a lawyer but I was recommended this by a friend in the legal profession

Thanx, that’s awesome, its exactly what I had in mind. The challenging part is always conveying these vague notions in a succinct yet intelligible and legally sound manor.

PS. sorry for the late response, been AWOL for the past couple of days
