Smaller research opportunities within the NHS

#1 Smaller research opportunities within the NHS
14/04/2014 12:14

DrNicola

Hi All,

I've been researching how to offer my research skills to the NHS. I've previously done work for the Department of Health via Oxford University and Macmillan Cancer. Setting up independently for the smaller projects I can deliver seems to be a matter of contacting the right people. As has been recommended within "Tendering for Public Contracts 4th Ed". Which informs that the smaller project are not likely to be advertised on the normal tendering databases.

However, it doesn't give any guidance on who within the NHS might be able to commissioning smaller Systemic Reviews and PROMs. etc. Does anyone have any guidance on this?

Thank You

Nicola
