I am a System Engineer, who wish to switch into tech consultancy, Currently i work for a major Indian IT firm , but because of System Engineer post, chances of same company considering me for such role is improbable and therefore please suggest some good tech firms that will consider me for the position,
Does one need to do an MBA for the same or any other way...
Also what profile and work does tech consultants generally do
