SKP to MBB?

#1 SKP to MBB?

I was wondering how highly SKP is looked up on in the industry, and whether SKP to MBB moves are plausible?

As SKP deals mainly with pricing strategy, would that restrict moving to larger, pure strategy firms?

Thank you all in advance,

Alfonso

Definitely plausible, when MBB want pricing/marketing/sales consultants the headhunters have come knocking and a few people across the firm have shifted recently into M as they are trying to build their pricing expertise.

However, you would normally be classed as a pricing/marketing/sales specialist in MBB rather than a generalist. So if your looking to use SKP to lateral in as a generalist consultant that probably won't happen.

Thanks Londoner!

So I take it that SKP would lead very much to a career in pricing consultancy. Do the strategy projects at SKP have crossover with strategy projects at the strat houses?
