Sogetti are part / off shoot of Capgemini. In some countries where the market doesn't handle the more expensive / normal consulting rates then Capgemini have branded this as Sogetti.
Basically, they do testing, config, project delivery stuff but very much in the body shop / low end consulting. Capgemini in UK sometimes use them as their day rates are far cheaper so they can charge UK rates but bring in Sogetti people from near shore.
If you read the above then you'll understand when I say in no way can you compare it to Accenture - even at the low end i.e ATS in Accenture Sogetti is no comparison
