Michael Collins

I am a Chartered Marketer, a member of the Institute of Direct Marketing and the advisory panel to the Knowledge Management Centre at Brunel University. Following more than 10 years in marketing management I spent the last 16 years in database marketing and CRM first joining Systems Market Link, acknowledged pioneers of UK database marketing, before establishing his own consultancy, Database Marketing Counsel, in 1990. An internationally acknowledged expert writer, speaker and award-winning consultant in his field, he has wide experience in developing and applying data-driven strategies and, more recently, in knowledge management and e-commerce applications, in both consumer and business-to-business markets. I will not commit to one project for a fixed or long period, needing to keep time available for current clients, but would be pleased to assist on CRM and database marketing projects in UK and Europe although German is a bit ropey! Good French, some Spanish.
