Hi,

We have just arrived from Australia. In Australia we started and ran a 35+ person (2-3M pound p/a) consultancy company in change/process/IT/PM etc management company for 5 years servcing Telco, IT, oil, government etc. We would like to work here as consultants in our field on contract or setup another consultancy company (key members of our Aussie team are ready to relocate)or work with an existing one. Does anyone have any advice on how to meet clients or what we should/could do next? Ready to start work now.

I saw your message on the forum. I'm 35 and I finished my MBA last December in Paris, where I live. I have 9 years experience as clinical engineer, Sales Manager (large accounts) and consultant. Since December, I've worked as a freelance consultant for 3 clients in France. I want to start with a small consultancy firm in IT, processes, etc...
