My question is that can a MBA from a university out of top 25 be an obstacle to enter top consulting organizations like BCG? How about a well diversified background, including previous work experience in leading consulting company, many years work experience, double master degrees, cultural diversification and bilingal ability. Are they worth some considerations in application?

In my experience, the top strat houses put a lot of emphasis on either high flyer credentials at a blue chip firm or a top MBA. If you don't have this then look try and emphasise uniqu academic achievements such as being on Dean's lists or high GPA's etc.
