Big 5 CRM Practices - Please help......

#1 Big 5 CRM Practices - Please help......
11/06/2001 00:00

Chris Mills

Please help!!!!

Is there anyone out there that can assist a student??? I am trying to undertake a sectorial-analysis of the Big 5 Consultancies in the UK, in terms of their CRM practices.

I have searched the web (extensively!!!) to try and find details about how the leading management consultancies (CGEY, Deloitte Consulting, PwC, KPMG and Andersen) structure their CRM practices and how many people they have within these specific practices in the UK. Most companies are happy to say who they are partnered to, but all seem to hide where there market expertise is (e.g. Financial Services, Telecommunications, Retail, etc.), how many UK employees work in the sector, etc.

I understand that some of the information may be classed as sensitive but can’t believe that there is nothing around that can assist me with my dissertation. I would love to be able to pay for any research that has been previous undertaken, but my funding will not stretch that far so I have to rely on ‘free’ information. I suppose that I am also at odds as I need the data to be accurate in order to analyse any differences.

Any help is appreciated and I am happy to send the completed dissertation to those that can help me (And I am more than happy to discuss the whole project in more detail to any relevant parties).

Kind regards,

Chris Mills

Chris,

Have you tried contacting the Management Consultancies Association - web address: www.mca.org.uk

As I believe all the firms you mention are members of the Association, they may be able to give you some useful input on where to find the required info. HTH, Tony
