This largely depends on the client and your project manager.
If you end up on a "secure" client (govt, defense, critical infra etc), expect to be required to be at their office or a Cap location that meets their infosec standards at least 4 days a week - not much room for flexibility if this is the case.
If you end up on a more "normal" client, then it'll depend on their expectations and how your project manager expects you to work. If you're colocated in a client office and are required to be visible and available for meetings, then you'll have to be there, if you're a remote resource then I guess you'll be able to work where you like (home, office, trendy coffee shop..)
