They seem to contact people at random in big 4 and similar. I know a couple who have interviewed there in the UK and a couple of former employees back in US. a lot of arrogance and fluff with the main focus being marketing and branding. Interviewers rambled on and seemed to have a scatter gun strategy to growing the UK. Interviewees weren't sure there was an actual role there.
It was described by one of the Americans as like a cult. I don't think the micro management and deluge of requests to give positive reviews of the company will work culturally over here.
Maybe wait and see whether they actually get off the ground in London.
