Career change - psychology to management consultancy

I am a qualified Counselling Psychologist (I have a doctorate, Masters, Certificate and BSc). I have worked in various roles as a psychologist, including currently as a consultant psychologist and managing a psychotherapy service (charity sector). I am 32 years old. I am interested in changing careers. Is there any advice you could give on:

- whether my skills are transferable

- what level do I go in at and expected salary

- particular organisations to work for

And anything else you think would be helpful - I'd appreciate hearing from you.

How fascinating! What is it like to be a psychologist? Do you have any top psychological tips for everyday life and the workplace that you would be able to share with us please? Thank you!

With your background my guess is you'd fit well in change consulting, success depends largely on how well you can change behaviours and how well you can overcome resistance to change. You probably have a head start in identifying why your client people are resisting.
