Would anyone be able to tell me about what career progression at EY advisory is like? If I was to join the grad scheme how long would it take to be promoted to SC/Manager etc. And how does the pay differ?
Thanks
Hey, at EY you spend two years as an Associate/ACP, then 2-3 (but usually 3) years as an Executive/Senior before you become a Manager. The progression to the next levels (Senior Manager>Director>Partner) tends to be slower but it really depends..
Thanks for the response! Do you know anything about the salary progression at EY? Cheers
