I have a 1-day assessment centre with Capgemini here in Australia. Does anyone have some experience as to what to expect on this day?

I am also in final round with KPMG Business Performance advisory. Does anyone have any experience with the work KPMG would be doing as apposed to a traditional management consultancy?

KPMG's consulting arm, in the UK certainly, are still very small (< 50 people), and have only a handful of big name clients. Their pay rates are supposed to be very low.

Hi NSS, I'm very interested in the consulting market in Australia...can you please give us an idea on how buoyant the job market is, and which 'big' firms are recruiting? I know that travel is part & parcel of consulting, but in Australia does it tend to be limited to the city you're based in? Thanks in advance for your help.
