Hi is there anyone from PA who can advise me on how rewarding it's been taking a percentage of shares as part of one's bonus please?

I understand that the company is owned by it's staff and has performed very well (MCA award and Top 5 Employer of Choice), both of which are positive signs to clients and hopeful candidates (I'm the latter!). In reality does it feel like a people and employee focussed culture that empowers you to make things work? Cheers.
