Where to look for internal consulting jobs @ major companies

Can anyone provide any advice as to where to look for jobs that are internal consulting positions at major companies? I have heard a few people moving from my consulting companies such as Accenture into organisations such as EMI, Selfridges, Tesco etc but have not seen any roles advertised anywhere. They don't seem to appear on Top-Consultant.com or with recruitment agencies.

Haven't seen many internal jobs advertised but depending on your background companies such as Dunnhumby are hiring at the moment and they are half owned by Tesco, could be backdoor in.
