Was wondering if a capgemini consultant or anyone with relevant knowledge out there ca help me. Im finding it diffcult to personally myself find/understand how capgemini is different to its competitors and how it serves to differntiate itself. Any advice is welcome.
I think the difference is a focus on collaboration rather than a prescriptive approach as with Accenture. Also need to bear in mind that Cap has three parts to its business each with different skills, pay and margins.
