EY Senior Manager Advisory Salary

hi everyone....

Been interviewing with EY for a senior manager role in advisory in Energy.

what would be the salary range to expect?

Also is the Senior manager and Associate director role is at same level?

Also how negotiable EY salaries are?

Is it like "take it or leave it" ?

Is it negotiable to ask for a band level higher than I have been interviewed for?

Successfully done the third interview with EY and looking to hear an offer in a week or so.

Any info on salary range would be appreciated.

105k to 115k sound reasonable to ask?

As I read on this forum somewhere that EY have no bonus in their salary package.

Online figures suggest 90 - 105 K£ is the order of the day, including a tiny bonus (5 K£)

Do EY pay the best?

Partner

Executive Director

Director

Senior Manager / Assistant Director

Manager / Senior Executive

Senior Consultant / Executive
