Frio

Hi all

Hoping for a bit of up to date guidance on the salary scale for a Manager within EY advisory.

How have pay rises, bonuses etc been over the last few years?

Cheers

Frio

Cons to Frio (#1)

Hey

I'm sitting at just over 65k (+ the 5.5k benefits / cash) then a small bonus. Seems to be fairly near the top of the salary band as far as I've been told.

Cheers

You may have been mis-informed re how close you are to the top of the band.

£60-80k is the typical Manager pay grade in EY Advisory. £4.5k car allowance, £5.5k is normally when you get to Senior Manager.

Well, I got the job and ended up pretty much between those two numbers as my basic. I had to negotiate relatively hard to increase the initial offer.

The package is decent.
