Tim

Hi

Does anyone know whether Accenture pays overtime? If so what is the policy?

Cheers

Dave

No - since September 2003 (if I remember correctly) Accenture UK no longer has paid overtime. To compensate, everyone got a one-off pay rise (whether that compensates for the loss of paid overtime depends clearly a lot on your level/role/project!)

In Services, overtime is paid on anything over 37.5 hrs at a flat rate.

The consulting workforce is not paid for overtime in the UK. It only used to apply to Analyst and Consultant levels anyway, and when they took it away everyone was given 5 extra days holiday (total of 30).

Oh silly me. How did I dare consider myself a consultant if I work in AFS? Sincere apologies everyone!
