Atos People & Change Selection Process

Chris

I have a first round interview next week for the People and Change area at Atos, and was hoping I could get some pointers. What 'values' are they assessing for? Are there any unusual/curly questions? Is there a technical component or is that all in the 2nd round? Also, for those with experience, how have you found working at Atos P&C? Is the recruitment spike from growth or turnover? Thanks!

PB to Chris (#1)

I worded for People & Change team and I must warn you of the possible pitfalls. At the moment P&C are sturggling for projects. Most of their existing projects have either come to an end or are going to end soon. They will tell you that the pipeline is healthy but I have heard that for more that 6 months while sitting on the bench. They are so desparate for projects that some of the mgt members are putting in bids for charities also, while the head of P&C told me during my interview that they do not deal with charities and educaitonal institutions. what they want from new recruits is contacts of their previous clients which P&C can exploit. I bet thats what they will ask you first thing when you get in. My suggestion is check how many people are on the bench now and know the reason.
