It will be in three parts:
1)Values interview with HR - behavioural based questions.
2) Presentation to 2 senior consultants - choose one of 5 topics, such as a recent project you were involved in. Benefits to the business, how you managed it. Problems faced, etc etc. You will be give around 1.5 hrs prep time. You will need to present the points on a white board & also give them a max 2000 word summary of the main points on paper.
3) Technical interview with a Managing Director
This will cover technical questions & you need to demonstrate that you are a good listener!
