Hi

I have just been invited to the second interview, a formal assesment, at Atos Consulting in their People and Change Practice and would really appreciate it some advice on what to expect?

Thanks

Tom

Probably a scenario/case study interview, maybe a group excercise and possbily a meeting with an Associate Partner or Partner. What did you do in the first interview?

I wouldn't work for ATOS. They've just broken into profit, and have few decent clients. Job security would be minimal there. Why not apply for one of the accounting firms or PA ?

I know a few people who have been through the Atos selection process (and they seemed to enjoy it, although it's quite tough). They use a case study based presentation and a technical interview with one of their senior consultants. And they turn their offers around very quickly, which is good news.

Not sure what Jimmy Hill is talking about incidently - their very healthy Q1 numbers came out this week and it looks like they are doing well for themselves. The KPMG/Sema deal has worked well. I know some Atos people, and they are a good bunch - and busy. By all accounts, they are positioning themselve to grow considerably in the next year or so.

Good luck with the assessment.

"Jimmy" - I met a fair few people from Atos at a recent event and I'd have to disagree with your statements. Whilst they had the odd gripe about the firm - and every consultant has a grip about their firm, whoever they work for - I have to say they were all very enthusiastic about Atos as a place to work and the quality of clients... The first interview was more values based, what I expected from a new role, naming some successes failures etc. Quite relaxed.
