just go direct to them. Every role they recruit is on their career portal, and there are so many agencies trying to recruit for them (or saying they are recruiting for them) that frankly they must be adding zero value to candidates.
Agreed. From a recruiters perspective they are a nightmare to work with due to their sheer size, inability to make a decision and iron curtain like exposure they give us to the Partners and decision makers. I would definitely recommend going to them direct as their internal team will deal with you - they are a bit useless and will take ages to get back to you but least they get access to the right people internally to push things along.
