UK degree to work in US/Canada

#1 UK degree to work in US/Canada

Hi all! I am a HK citizen and have been studying in UK for almost 5 years. I would like to work in the US/ Canada consulting field after graduation. I am currently on my final year for a bachelor of accounting and finance and have worked in different industries in the past summers, such as private equity, financial information provider and retail.

I am struggling whether to do a Master in Management in UK or start to work straight after graduation. I would like to ask, do US/Canada consulting firms normally welcome a HK citizen holding a UK degree for entry level? (Cause I heard that they seldom give out working visa) Or will I have more advantages after doing a Master degree to get into the US/Canada consulting field? And is there any suggestion to increase my chance getting a job in US/Canada?

In addition,I would like to work in San Francisco or Toronto.

Any advice or suggestion will help! Many thanks!
