Do Deloitte Consulting grads get the same starting salary as Deloitte & Touche (Audit/Tax)grads? I'm asking because the salaries of a couple of grads I know who are working at Deloitte Audit would seem rather low for a management consultant...

Deloitte & Touche grads get a much lower salary (I think about 7K) than Deloitte Consulting grads, because they feel it is harder to get into the Consulting arm of the business (and their daily charge out rates are probably higher too).
Thanks for your reply. Would this difference in pay continue through to the senior levels (Snr.Consultant, Manager, Snr. Manager, Partner) as well?
