people r buggin me about the Oracle assesment center...
my inbox cant take it!!!! i'm posting on this site too cos i dont know which one displayed by email address...but this is all i am saying...
so here is the lowdown on what we had at the Oracle assessment center in Reading building 510 ... dont know what other sites r like.
the process was with 12 candidates...
oracle staff presented themselves...
2 tests:they always ask numerical (learn percentages etc.)
the other was prioritisation of tasks (learn time management skills)
interview: went thru CV-so just make sure u know what u put down.
interview: technical-i got asked some oracle DB admin(arrgghhh-scraped thru it)
and about the oracle products suite (just check the web site)
group exercise: practical...the old egg and string exercise...cant tell our solution sorry :(
single presentation: something had gone wrong at a firm (staff upset with an event) u have to get 2 the bottom of it (learn an auditing framework as they ask this often :-)
