What Should I ask for at EY?

#1 What Should I ask for at EY?

Diveboy

I have been offered a position at EY as IT Advisory consultant - retail & corporate banking - manager level, what kind of renumeration should I be asking for, 12 years experience half in banking half in consultancy but from core banking vendor perspective.

So what should I be asking for and what should I be receiving?

Cheers

"So what should I be asking for and what should I be receiving?"

What I should be asking for:

Around 25% more than what you want and meet in the middle

What should I be receiving:

From my experience, a lot of Partners... especially if you are 3 out of 10 or above

Boboom, takes a bow for his use of double entendre.

On a serious note, there are plenty of sites (and old threads) explaining salary bands. Look at your own and decide what your minimum is to leave your current role.
