Just after a bit of advise from everyone ... I am currently trying to get into the BIG4 or ACN for some real Management consultancy working experience as I have been working in a outroucing company using SAS for almost 6 years..
I had an rather interesting telephone interview with ACN. The manager who interviewed me was very relaxed!! I mean we actually "chatted" through the whole 60mins of competency interview and said HR will contact me after couple of days .... now its been 3 weeks, no HR .. so I guess its a NO. I am fine with that, just wish I know what I need to improve to get a second round interview with them! TBH, I loved the manager who interviwed me .. he sounded like a very clever and funny guy, would love to work under him, would have be able to learn loads from him.. and now I have an 1st round interview with KPMG with their Data Insight Services team.
my questions are
- Waht sort of competency questions do they ask as an experienced Hire, similar to the Grad questions?
- ACN, do I need to expand my project variaty for them to consider me?
- ACN, How do I get feedback from HR or shall I just leave it ?
