Roland Berger

Does anybode has (working) experience at Roland Berger. I want to change career and consider a move into strategic consultancy. And I am looking for a combination of good personal developement, good career opportunities and a company which is not to big which has a significant growth perspective.

Any advice/suggestion would be welcome

They're a great firm. In some countries (eg. UK) they have a much smaller presence than the likes of McKinsey. So the offices may be much smaller and that has implications for team atmosphere, your responsibilities, etc. which will be perfect for some people and not for others. The other threads should cover these points more fully, but I certainly have no regrets about my 4 years there... Tony
