Sadly I hate sports, apart from martial arts and boxing. I have several years experience as a chef, hopefully this will be sufficient.

Interpersonal skills - I would put yourself in situations where you don't know people. Pull yourself out of your comfort zone and join new clubs, make new friends etc.

Motivation - If you didn't have it, you wouldn't be writing this post.

Initiative - Same as above

Organisation - Keep a diary, sync it with every piece of technology you have and make lists. I do one every morning and again after lunch. Check out - The Checklist Manifesto: How To Get Things Right on Amazon.

Communication Skills- I did a public speaking class in university. Toastmasters is supposed to be good.

Team skills - Sports is the easy one, but perhaps form a team to do some volunteer work.

Overall integrity - Do what you say you are going to do, when you say you are going to do it. Strong as the needle to the pole!

Interpersonal skills - I went travelling alone for three years, it gave me the skills to comfortably start conversation with anyone and find a common ground. My years as a chef have taught me to juggle ego's and mediate. The good thing about demonstrating interpersonal skills as an Interviewer can see them first hand.

Organisation - I hate to keep relating everything back to my experience as a chef, In the kitchens: 'mise en place' (translates as putting in place, as in getting ready for service.) is one of the fundamental skills in the kitchens, it is a way of thinking that relies heavily on list writing, prioritization and time keeping. I will always use lists, but transferring them to my devices is a great idea! I will also definitely check out the book.

communication Skills- Toastmasters looks great, the club Im looking at is in a free mason lodge, are they connected?

team skills - Great idea

Overall integrity - I like to think that I have integrity, I always try to under-promise and over-achieve, I suppose I would have to weave this trait into a demonstrable experience.
