Hi all

A prompt and detailed answer to this will be really appreciated and many thanks in advance for the same

----i have an offer from the SAP CRM consulting practice of IBM , Cap Gemini & Deloitte consulting . I am quite unsure in terms of the organization culture as well as how each of these consulting behemoths treat their employees in term of investing in them as well as retention . Also in terms of their standing in the consulting market which will be a better brand to get associated with .

thanks again for you help

regards

I'd narrow that choice to IBM and Deloitte if I were you. CapGem are looking like an increasingly risky option at the moment.

I moved to Cap last year and looked at Deloitte, and IBM and others at the time.

Cap had the best culture of the three which is why I chose them and after a dificult couple of years the business is looking up, so don't discount them.

I have experience of Capgemini and IBM. The culture a Cap is good and the future is looking better than a couple of years ago. I'd def recommend them as a company to work for if you value work-life balance and responsibility.

IBM are also pretty good people. The atmosphere is a little less relaxed than Capgemini but they are a massive company and the people I have met are all very good at their jobs.

Dan

Hi,

I was with Cap, and then with IBM. Cap has a very changing atmosphere depending totaly on local management: It can be wonderfull or the worst. At IBM, the atmosphere is generally less relaxed, but more stable. At slow-downs of businees,Cap just fire you,IBM helps you to create you own company....

In any case, an experience with IBM will be a corner stone in your career path and I would recommand it. I don't know what's with Deloitte.

Cap pay less but are supposed to have a great work life balance. I turned down an offer from them and joined Deloitte Consulting. IBM is very technical. You need a Masters or PHD to progress rapidly.
