MBA salary expectations

#1 MBA salary expectations

Bob

I have over 25years experience in the highways business with a well balance mix of public and private sector experience, currently public sector. I have recently acquired an MBA. I am keen to find out what salary expectation I could realistically expect and what sector I could maximise salary/earnings in. I would also like to know how realistic it would be for me to consider management consultancy job outside the highways industry and what my salary and seniority expectations might be.

I think you can max. your salary by working in the highway sector- as thats where your expertise is. Consulting may also be an option for you since you are highly specialized. Where did you get your MBA from? That also plays a role in how much your post-MBA salary will be. In general, with your experience, you should be earning >60K.

Good luck!
