Does anybody here have experience on how to work for a company as an associate consultant and, if so, could you help me resolve some doubts?
Some companies offer training and coaching materials to end clients for 360 feedback, but do not provide the coaching services after that. This leaves the individuals at the end clients' company with no support to understand and work on the feedback they have received.
I would like to collaborate with a supplier company offering my services as associate consultant to provide the coaching services to their end clients. Can anyone point me in the right direction and help me figure out what I should expect and what I should offer?
