Recruitment Process Alcimed

Hi everyone,

I have been contacted by Alcimed for a group interview last month in Cologn. I must admit that after reading these comments I wasn't really motivated to go there. But I was really surprised when I arrived to see how great was the office and how nice was the team.

They spend some time to introduce the company and the jobs offered. They answered to all the questions we had and it turned into a discussion more than an interview. Then they asked us to present 3 slides based on a mission realized by them in the past. And finally we had 5 mn face to face interview with one of the recruiter.

All the employees seem to be young and very dynamic, the spirit seems to be fun...well I really had a good feeling after this interview.

Hmm. Young and dynamic team. Well, the young people are our future and they are the world's most important asset, but I'm not sure I would fit in so well because of my age. Also, I'm not very dynamic. More sort of stuck in my ways.

I do like the creative approach, however. The innovative marketing technique displayed in this post brings me joy - I like your style, Mr lulali HR person! :)
