ATOS - Assessment Day, HR Change Consultant

#1 ATOS - Assessment Day, HR Change Consultant

MJ

Would be very grateful to hear from anyone who has recently attended an Assessment Day (first round interviews) at ATOS Consulting in London. I understand that it involves a 'Values Interview', 'Technical Interview' and finally a 'Presentation' which I will need to prepare for and give on the day. I am going for the HR Change Consultant role but would be very pleased to hear from you if you have interviewed for other roles. Any guidance would be much appreciated. MJ

Good luck with the assessment day! I went through one years ago when I joined (I have now left and am working with another company). Main points I guess are get a good night sleep before it will be a gruelling day, but on the day just relax and be yourself. Atos are up against it at the mo as their consultants have been leaving in droves so you are in a good position as they are very keen to recruit at the mo. You are usually with 5 or 6 other people, the whole day is like a group workshop, you get to meet other people from ATOS over lunch fro smoozing, and you will be taken off to have one to one interviews with specific people from the organisation. They will be looking for confident professional people with good presentation skills who understand group dynamics. Out of our group they offered 3 out of 6 of us a position. It’s a good bonding day and Im still friends with the people who were on my assessment day.
