I focus on very specific area of commercial performance improvement and deal 80% with sales directors and 20% with finance directors
I apply specifically designed (proprietary) models and frameworks, which I have tried, tested and assessed in all my engagements to date and these enable me to deliver results quickly across clients.
I am therefore able to offer a very cost effective option.
My area of expertise are:

The clients I deal with are mostly global £1bn + T/O per market and the directors I deal with have seen too many consultants with big promises and catchy jargon.

I have the benefit of both industry and consulting experience so I am well versed in delivering engagement and chg mngt on top of profit improvement strategies
I deal at board level of board+1 generally.
