Comms Enquirer

Was looking at the accountacy age league tables for consultancies recently, and noticed the following headings - utilities, financial services, change management, business process re-engineering, media etc. Now, on the one hand this looks like a table for the type of consulting they do (change mgt, BP re-engineering) but then also the sectors they work with (media, utilities, communications). PWC, PA Consulting, KPMG, CMG etc seem to be the best for comms, but when i go on to their websites i can't find anything re: Communications. Can someone explain this? If PA Consulting is # 1 for Comms, what does this mean? Are they # 1 for working with the comms industry or # 1 for comms consulting?
