Does anybody know what the final assessment with IBM involves? I applied for the Business Consulting Services and I passed the IPATO test and the 1st assessment. They only told me that I’d have to give another IPATO test (not a confirmatory one). Does anybody know if is the same format as the first IPATO? I'll appreciated any hints and tips please... Thank you in advance

So you want to know about IBM BCS final round? Been there, turned up ill just missed out on the job! This is it. They make you do a short version of the number series test just for checking purposes, your score wont make any difference unless it is well below your original. You wil have 2 interviews with a manager and partner. These are good guy - bad guy interviews: one will be v.v.nice and the other not so, this tests your ability and credibility under both situations. Here you will be bombarded with everything: traits, personality, experience, why them, competency examples etc. Then 2 group exercises. One is problem solving and the others prioritising tasks: make sure you contribute as much as you can which involves being assertive otherwise you will not get a word in - you are up against some strong candidates who like to talk (albeit a lot of naive and ignorant rubbish) lots. So it seems talk and contribute even if it makes no sense - just come to a joint conclusion somehow. You have to be strong across the board. Hope this helps.
