I'm currently a manager at Deloitte in IT Advisory in Toronto, been there for 5 years have about 7 years in total in IT.
I just got offers from EnY and Capco at the manager level.
Can't seem to decide, and seems like I might decline both.
Capco is paying almost 35% over deloitte and EnY about 15% over.
Am I making a mistake by declining such a big pay raise at Capco?
