I cant give you an answer to your question, but have one of mine - How was the interview & selection process? I am looking into PA Consulting also for my next gig and any heads up would be useful.

Thanks Vinny

Success at PA is very simple - deliver for your clients, contribute to sales activity (which is possibel at all levels) and contribute to the development of your practice. Create the perception that you can take on more responsibility by leading internal initiatives as well as managing to achieve high utilisation/sales. If by success, you also meant pay, then get into a profitable pratice where the bonuses are much higher. The Government Practices are currently the place to be.
