Can someone post what is the salary level at Barclays B6 & B7 levels and how easy/difficult to get promotion from B6 to B7. I am discussing with them for a possible position in Technology and want this information urgently to position myself appropriately. I saw a post in this forum a year ago giving some indication and am wondering whether the information still holds good? Thanks for the help!

the salary band at B6 is between £50k up to £65k roughly. B7 is a much wider band due its seniority. The next level would be Senior Exec. B7 would start at £65k and could be up to £120k
