Hi Daisy, not sure if this is still relevant to you but after having completed the process with an appointment as Manger here is my experience:
- how long does it take to hear the application result from HR (or, do they bother sending a notice if not through)? I heard the following day from the 'recruiter', he set up an interview for the next working day with a Director.
- what are the following stages, i.e. interview, case study, etc? Stage 1 was an interview with the functional lead (Director), which focused on managerial and leadership capacities as well as getting a feel for the kind of professional network I had. Stage 2 was unusual in that I was interviewed by several Managers within his team. Discussions were tactical centering around project/ stakeholder/ technical management issues and my general consulting philosophy. The final stage involved negotiating the Ts & Cs of the offer, which in itself was a tiered approach starting with the recruiter and ending with a senior leader.

The whole process (E2E) took 2 weeks, which was unusually short.
